- We’re teaching standardized programs featuring vendors products and services exclusively.
- Vendor’s products will be shown, used and promoted in our live demos and lectures.
- Vendors will be offered an opportunity to sponsor a breakfast, lunch, or cocktail hour and have time to speak during one of the cocktail gatherings.
- Vendors will be included in our printed and online course booklets for the attendees outlining protocols, marketing materials, etc.
- Each vendor will included in our course materials.
- 7 Premium vendors will have time to speak on stage about their product or service.
- Premium vendors receive premium placement in the exhibit hall.
- Vendors will have first right of refusal for future events in their product category. We anticipate 6 events annually.
What is the difference between a standard and premium vendor package?
- Standard Vendor – Will be provided a standard 6 foot table to display his or her product. Standard vendor protocols, products, and services will be included in the training materials. Standard vendors will receive a 1/4 page ad in the training materials. May sponsor or co-sponsor a lunch, or cocktail hour.
- Premium Vendor – Will be provided a 10ft x 10ft display space. May sponsor or co-sponsor a cocktail hour and have time to speak during that event. Premium vendors products will be mentioned multiple times during the corresponding lecture and/or live demo. Limited number of premium vendor packages are available (7) and are on a first come first served basis.
